This workshop
investigates the issues of investigating vehicular collisions
that occur during the period if darkness. It includes a discussion
of the issues of lighting, movement and attire pedestrians as
factors in their impact with moving vehicles. It covers various
nighttime situations and considerations involved in both single
and multiple vehicle collisions.
